AVL Welcomes new COO, Bethany Parker

AVL’s continued growth has created opportunities to innovate and expand its leadership team. This will allow AVL to serve companies with more growth strategies and solutions. The company is excited to announce the addition of Bethany Parker to the leadership team.

AVL Welcomes new COO, Bethany Parker

Bethany Parker joins AVL as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In her role, she is responsible for bringing together the vision, strategy, operational framework, and team to drive client success and support AVL’s long-term growth goals.

She attended college at the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and Economics, and the University of Colorado. Before AVL, Bethany worked for twenty years in various leadership roles for high growth companies in the financial services and technology space, including SquareTwo Financial and Xero.

Bethany was recognized as 2016 Best In Biz International Executive of the Year Silver Award Winner. She was Denver Business Journal’s40 under 40 nominee and featured in a Denver Business JournalExecutive Voice series. Bethany authored several articles featured in the Forbes Finance Council on diversity and inclusiveness, hiring for impact, operational excellence, and best practices for leveraging technology. She is an activator with SheEO, a global community to back women-led ventures.

Bethany currently lives in Denver with her husband, two children, and adorable Boston Terriers. She is a foodie, an avid fitness goer, enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family, and loves traveling and experiencing new destinations. She is passionate about giving back to the community and is an active volunteer with Food for Thought, which helps provide meals for children attending Title 1 schools in Denver.
